1. Tous les bénévoles doivent faire tout leur possible pour présenter le Festival de manière positive et ne doivent rien faire pour gêner ou nuire intentionnellement au Festival et à ses affiliés.

2. Il ne doit pas y avoir aucune utilisation ou consommation d’alcool par aucun bénévole pendant son quart de travail sur le terrain du Festival. Il en va de même pour les jeunes bénévoles mineurs. Si vous en abusez, le(s) bénévole(s)

   sera(s) renvoyé(s) du festival.

3. Tous les volontaires sont priés de traiter les autres bénévoles, artistes, employés et public avec respect. Si vous faites face à un problème, une résolution devrait être sollicitée directement au coordinatrice des bénévoles ou aux employés du Festival.

4. J’accepte avec honorer mon engagement envers le(s) quart(s) prévu(s) et d’assumer au mieux les responsabilités qui incombent à un bénévole du festival Flying Canoë Volant.

5. Les photographes et vidéographes seront sur place pendant le festival. Indiquez-leur clairement si vous ne souhaitez     pas être photographié ou enregistré.

​

6. Aucun bénévole ne doit utiliser, à son propre avantage, toute propriété ou argent qui appartenant au Festival. Tous les bénévoles doivent être honnêtes et digne de confiance.

7. J'assume complètement les risques de pertes, dommages, accidents ou de mort auxquels je m'expose durant ma participation au Festival et refuse d'engager la responsabilité du Centre Communautaire d’Edmonton, de ses employés et des bénévoles.

8. En faisant du bénévolat avec mon enfant de moins de 15 ans, j’assume l'entière responsabilité de mon enfant durant le quart de bénévolat.

9. Je consens à suivre et à honorer la Code de conduite du Festival du Flying Canoë Volant comme cité ci-dessus.

1. All volunteers shall make every effort to present the Festival in a positive way and shall not do anything to intentionally   

embarrass or harm the Festival and its affiliates.

​

2. There shall be no use/consumption of alcohol or illegal substances by any volunteer who is on duty on the Festival site,  or by any underage volunteer. Abuse of this will result in immediate dismissal of the volunteer(s) from the Festival.

​

3. All volunteers shall treat other volunteers, performers, staff and the public with respect. If a problem arises, resolution      should be deferred to the Volunteer Coordinator or Staff of the Festival.

​

4. I agree to honor my commitment to the shift(s) I am scheduled for and to fulfill the responsibilities required of a volunteer with the Flying Canoë Volant Festival to the best of my ability.

​

5. Photographers and videographers will be on site during the festival. Please make it clear to them if you would not like

to be photographed or recorded.

​

6. No volunteer shall use for their own advantage any property or monies belonging to the Festival. All volunteers must be

honest and trustworthy.

​

7. I voluntarily and freely assume all risks of loss, damage, injury or death that I may sustain as a result of my participation

in any Flying Canoë Volant activities. I release and discharge Centre Communautaire d’Edmonton, its employees and

volunteers from any claim or action I have in respect to my participation in any Flying Canoë Volant activities.

8. When volunteering with my child under the age of 15, I understand that I am entirely responsible for my child during the volunteer shift.

9. I agree to comply with and honor the Code of Conduct of the Flying Canoë Volant Festival as stated above.
