La Cité francophone
A large majority of Francophone organizations occupy the building's 104 000 square feet. La Cité has become a place where the Francophone and greater Edmonton community can gather and experience French Canadian culture at its finest.
This beautiful building acts as the backdrop to the cherished Flying Canoë Volant and is the epicentre of the urban landscape within the celebration's narrative. La Cité Francophone and its tenants generously offer the space and amenities that not only augment joyful programming, but also provide a backbone and home base for planning.
Native Counselling Services of Alberta
From its origins as a single Courtworker program, Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) has grown into an agency focused on social justice for Aboriginal people. For 45 years, NCSA has assisted Aboriginal people gain fair and equitable access to the justice, children’s services and corrections systems in Alberta.
NCSA has been a valued and respected partner of Flying Canoë Volant since the earliest days of the celebration. The team provides sincere, engaging and unique programming that compliments the story of Canoë Volant, as well as the greater narrative of the community of Edmonton. NCSA's presence is integral to the Flying Canoë Volant experience.

Rutherford School
Built over 100 years ago, Rutherford attracts motivated students who are seeking an academic experience that is second to none.
Flying Canoë Volant has enjoyed a partnership with Rutherford School for many years of the celebration. Whether festival attendees are enjoying live music and a warm beverage at * "Café Croissant" or marvelling at the many snow sculptures the school yard has to offer, there is always something to partake in at Rutherford.
Flying Canoë Volant is proud and appreciative of this partnership, and sees it as a true testament to the community spirit of our celebration.

La grande majorité des organismes francophones habitent les 104 000 pieds carrés de La Cité francophone. Elle est dorénavant un lieu de rassemblement et d’épanouissement pour la communité francophone d'Edmonton et rayonne dans toute la province de l'Alberta.
Ce magnifique bâtiment sert de toile de fond aux célébrations du Flying Canoë Volant et est l'épicentre du paysage urbain dans le récit du célébration. La Cité francophone et ses locataires offrent généreusement l'espace et les commodités qui non seulement augmentent la programmation joyeuse, mais fournissent également une épine dorsale et une base d'accueil pour la planification.

Rutherford School
Construit il y a plus de 100 ans, l'école Rutherford attire des étudiants motivés qui recherchent une expérience académique sans pareille.
Flying Canoë Volant a bénéficié d'un partenariat avec l'école Rutherford pendant de nombreuses années pendant la tenue de le célébration. *Ils s'assurent que les festivaliers profitent de la musique 'live' et d'une boisson chaude au «Café Croissant» ou s'émerveillent devant les nombreuses sculptures sur neige que la cour d'école a à offrir, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire à l'école Rutherford.
